Shipping Facts

Free 2-Day Shipping to the Lower 48 US States. All orders that contain a pair of sunglasses qualify for Free 2-Day Shipping if shipped to the lower 48 states and to a physical address (no PO Boxes).

What if my order does not contain sunglasses? You still have several options including ground shipping for a low flat rate. Actual transit times depend on where the item is shipping from and where the item is shipping to. In some cases, you could get a package the next business day using normal ground shipping and therefore not pay for expedited service.

Where Do We Ship From? Most (but not all) items ship from our Colorado warehouse. For packages shipped to the lower 48 states and to a physical address, you can use the UPS Ground transit map below to determine time in transit.

Exact shipping speeds depend on three factors. What day is it? Is the item in stock? What shipping speed will you select?

What day is it? Orders for in stock items placed before noon Pacific Time on any business day leave the warehouse that same evening. Orders placed after noon or on non-business days (holidays or weekends) are shipped the following business day.

What are business days? Monday thru Friday except UPS holidays. UPS holidays include:
• New Years Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Day After Thanksgiving
• Christmas Day

Is the item in stock? Check the Ready to Buy box on any product page. It will either read "In Stock" or "Backordered". The expected ship date is displayed in the "Prices and Availability" table. Though we're not perfect, that's the most current information.

What shipping speed will you select? For expedited shipping services like Overnight, 2 Day and 3 Day Select (only available to physical, continental U.S. addresses), simply add the service days to your order date to determine your delivery date.

Here's an example:
If you place an order after noon on a Friday and before noon on a Monday, your order will ship on Monday afternoon (the next business day). If you choose Overnight shipping, your package will arrive Tuesday. 2 Day shipping will arrive Wednesday and 3 Day Select will arrive Thursday.

Note the day count is business days - the shipping companies don't count holidays, Saturdays or Sundays.

Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APOs and International Shipping. We typically ship to Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes and International addresses (including APOs) using US Postal Priority or International mail. Shipping times to Alaska and Hawaii range from 4 - 10 business days. International shipments can take up to four weeks depending on the customs authority in the receiving country.
